Antigravity 2.12.0 introduces response quoting and /boost reasoning command

This release lets developers highlight and quote portions of responses for follow-up context, and adds a new /boost command to enhance thinking effort via multi-agent reasoning. Settings UI also improved to show project-level overrides with direct navigation.
