Antigravity 2.17.0 adds plan review and video saving

Version 2.17.0 introduces the /plan command for agents to draft implementation plans before writing code, with a configurable Plan Review Policy. The release also adds theme toggling from the command palette, custom agent hooks in Markdown files, dedicated rules budget to prevent context crowding, and video saving capabilities.
