Self-hosted runners can now control nested session ID behavior with environment variable

Added CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_NESTED_SESSION_ID environment variable for self-hosted runners to revert to earlier session ID handling when claude -p runs inside another session. Useful for maintaining compatibility with existing deployments.
