Claude Haiku 5.5 (claude-haiku-5-5) is now the default Haiku model on Anthropic's API with 1M context window and improved performance. Pricing is $0.10/$0.10/$0.10/$0.50 per million tokens, or $0.50/$0.50/$0.50/$2.50 for prompts over 100K tokens. Developers building with Claude now have access to a faster, more capable default option.
