GitLab and Bitbucket Cloud now support automatic repository linking for code review context

Automatic repository linking has been extended to GitLab (including self-managed instances) and Bitbucket Cloud. Organizations can set knowledge_base.automatic_linking_mode to auto or enabled to allow eligible repositories to supply context to public repository reviews. This progressively grows as repositories are reviewed.
