Programmatic .coderabbit.config.ts files can now load shared configuration fragments from authorized repositories using includeRemote(). Allows organizations to maintain centralized configuration policies in a platform-config repository that multiple projects inherit. CodeRabbit verifies that reviewers have read access to the selected configuration repository.
