CodeRabbit CLI updates to v0.7.6 with improved large-review handling and security finding output

The CLI now handles large reviews more gracefully with smaller requests and direct payload-size reporting instead of generic errors. Security findings display category, CWE, reachability, and exploitability in terminal and JSON output. Usage reporting is more accurate with better accounting of waived review spend.
