CodeRabbit CLI v0.7.7 released with remote review support and local configuration discovery

Developers can now review GitHub repositories without a local clone using cr review --remote. The CLI discovers .coderabbit.config.ts configuration locally and adds commands for clearing findings and more accurate Git comparisons.
