CodeRabbit CLI version 0.7.6 improves large-review handling and expands security finding output

Large reviews now send smaller requests instead of failing with generic connection errors, and security findings display category, CWE, reachability, and exploitability data. Usage reporting has been corrected to calculate remaining review cap from actual review usage rather than unrelated product spend.
