Autofix renamed to Fix comments, Autopilot renamed to Autofix

CodeRabbit renamed two features to match their actual functionality. The one-off repair feature (formerly Autofix) is now Fix comments, while the repeated auto-fixing feature (formerly Autopilot) is now Autofix. Old commands remain as backward-compatible aliases for a limited time.
