Codex CLI 0.157.0 adds GPT-6 models and improves terminal rendering

Added support for GPT-6 Sol and Luna models including Amazon Bedrock support, with migration prompts for older models. Enabled fullscreen transcripts by default, automatic background-server startup for interactive sessions, and improved terminal rendering with Unicode bullets and checkboxes. Also made the /import command available in remote and background-server sessions.
