Cloud agents can start development from scratch without a Git repository

Cloud Agents no longer require a connected GitHub or third-party SCM provider; developers can start prompting immediately and Cursor auto-creates an Origin repo in the background. Once work is ready, developers can publish to a live URL via Vercel or save as a custom Origin repo.
