Cloud Agents no longer require GitHub connection and can preview work directly in browser

Agents can now start from scratch without connecting a GitHub repo, then save work to a Cursor Origin repo when ready. Cursor port-forwards the live environment to the browser for previewing, and you can publish to a live URL via Vercel integration.
