# Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro image generation models retired from ElevenLabs

> In response to OpenAI discontinuing the Sora API, ElevenLabs removed Sora 2 and Sora 2 Pro from the image & video model picker. These models stop generating on September 24, 2026, and flows or templates using them must migrate to alternative models like Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash.
