Lovable API launched for workspace automation and programmatic app management

Business and Enterprise workspaces can now use the Lovable API to list and update projects, publish/unpublish apps, embed project previews, and read analytics and security scans via API keys. This enables automation of Lovable workflows through external scripts and services.
