# Gemini 2.5 Pro, Flash, and Flash Lite models retired from Lovable app AI features

> Google's Gemini 2.5 chat models are no longer available in Lovable as of October 20, 2026. Requests for Gemini 2.5 Pro and Flash automatically route to Gemini 3.8 Flash; requests for Flash Lite route to Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite.
