OpenTelemetry observability added to Supabase .NET SDK

The .NET SDK now emits traces and metrics through System.Diagnostics for all major clients (Postgrest, Auth, Storage, Functions). The SDK has no OpenTelemetry dependency and zero overhead when not in use, making observability seamless for .NET developers.
