OpenTelemetry export launched in beta for API requests and agent sessions

Claude SDK and API now support exporting spans to observability backends via OpenTelemetry. Available in Python, TypeScript, C#, Go, Java, PHP, and Ruby SDKs, as well as via the API Console. This enables developers to trace Messages API requests and Claude Managed Agents sessions in their existing observability infrastructure.
