Claude Sonnet 5.5 is now available on Claude API and major cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Amazon Bedrock. Multiple breaking changes require migration: thinking parameter behavior changed, forced tool use (tool_choice type any/tool) returns 400, and computer use APIs differ by platform.
