CodeRabbit adds cross-repository targeted code guidelines support

docs.coderabbit.aiagent

Teams can now source code guidelines from a centralized repository and apply them selectively to specific file patterns in reviewed repositories. The { files, applyTo } object form allows declaring that a Python style guide applies only to **/*.py files across multiple projects.
