CLI v0.7.7 enables remote code reviews without local repository clone

cr review --remote flag allows reviewing installed GitHub repositories from any directory without cloning locally. CLI now supports configuration setup with cr config command and discovery of .coderabbit.config.ts. Improved Git comparisons and clearer failure reporting with exit code 1 for failed reviews.
