Autofix and Autopilot commands renamed to Fix comments and Autofix

docs.coderabbit.aiagent

Fix comments (formerly Autofix) repairs selected review comments as a one-off action, while Autofix (formerly Autopilot) repeatedly fixes feedback and CI failures until a pull request is merge-ready. Old command names remain as aliases for backward compatibility but will be replaced in a future CLI release.
