Agent SDK becomes generally available for defining, testing, and deploying agents

The Agent SDK allows developers to define agents as a folder of code with typed tool actions, test them with evals that check tool calls and responses, and deploy to Cursor infrastructure or anywhere else. Agents can trigger on GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket events, Slack mentions, webhooks, or cron schedules, with full session history and multi-turn support.
