release

Cursor releases Agent SDK for building and deploying custom agents

The Agent SDK lets developers define agents as code folders with instructions.md, typed tools, and channel definitions, then deploy them locally or to Cursor infrastructure. Agents can be triggered by GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket events, Slack messages, webhooks, or schedules, with full session management, evals, and sandbox testing available.
