ElevenAgents telephony added Twilio answering machine detection

Outbound calls can now detect whether a human or machine answered. Choose 'enable' for early detection or 'detect_message_end' to wait for voicemail greeting completion. Results arrive via a new answering_machine_detection webhook event.
