Workspace extensibility with Events and Hooks API

Workspace admins on Business and Enterprise plans can now extend their workspace with custom services using Events and Hooks. Events notify HTTPS endpoints when projects are created, published, transferred, or deleted, and Hooks allow endpoints to approve or block actions such as checking chat messages for sensitive data before processing.
