Multi-Repo Analysis automatic linking now uses explicit knowledge_base.automatic_linking_mode settings (Auto, Enabled, Disabled) with clearer behavior; the legacy knowledge_base.automatic_repository_linking boolean is deprecated and no longer has effect.
