TypeScript configuration now supports shared includes from other repositories

Programmatic `.coderabbit.config.ts` files can now load configuration fragments from an authorized repository using `includeRemote()`, enabling teams to maintain centralized review settings. This complements existing YAML configuration and supports PR-aware conditional logic.
